At around 10:30, a variety of instructors led us through a meditation and mantra, breathing exercises, warm-ups, stretches, poses and a cool down and closing meditation. It was a great way to try out some new styles and poses and relax outdoors with my fellow yogis.
Don't forget, Free Day of Yoga kicks off tomorrow! There is a schedule on this website if you still need some ideas on where to go. I plan on taking a Bikram Yoga class, and trying out Ashtanga, because my yoga mom is excited about it!
